During the consultation, you will discuss your goals, dreams, plans and desires and Shannon will help you to identify your potential mental blocks that currently seem to prevent you from manifesting these things into your life. Following the consultation, Shannon will script a series of affirmations tailored to your specific wants and needs. It is then recommended, for optimal results, for you to record yourself speaking these affirmations aloud, and then send the recording to Shannon. She will then incorporate the audio of you speaking the affirmations into a 1-hour meditative music track. You can choose a specific solfeggio frequency or angelic frequency of those available during your consultation. Alternatively, you may choose for Shannon to record the affirmations in her voice. Your subconscious may have an easier time adopting the new beliefs as your own if it is hearing your own voice, however positive results are expected either way. If you choose to record your own affirmations, you agree to send them to Shannon within one week of receiving the script from her. The final track will be sent to you, available for download within one week of either receiving the audio file from you (if you elect to record the spoken affirmations in your own voice), or from the date of your consultation (if you elect to have Shannon voice the affirmations).
